 The corporate world today is full of many different types and aspects of change. The economy is constantly in flux. There are seemingly infinite new horizons in the area of technology. Restructuring, reorganizing and downsizing within an
organization as a result of these and many other changes can often cause great periods of turmoil. In these times of transition, many people rely on
instincts that are triggered by fear or a sense of being threatened. The fight or flight impulse emerges in many employees causing them to shut down, become less productive, or even quit. The
